Heating elements are the heat generation equipment in all electric heaters. Electric heating elements can be found in electric heating equipment of all shapes and sizes. Elements are made in a mixture of materials and arrangements, yet their capacity continues as before: to change over electrical vitality into warmth vitality, then to exchange that warmth vitality to or through air, fluid or solids by convection, conduction or radiation.
At NTT there are a wide range of industrial heating elements for various applications; just a few varieties include Heating element, storage water heater, Immersion Heater, restaurant heater, solar heater, infrared heater, ceramic heater, band heater, hotel heater, strip heater, nozzle heater, Circulation Water Heater, Anti Condensation Heater, Air Finned Heater, Air duct Heater and many more examples. Many of those heating element varieties are also applied in commercial and consumer products contexts.
We are dedicated to providing excellent technology and superior performance to all of our customers! We have established ourselves as an industry leader in the design and manufacture of energy efficient heating solutions and heating elements. Heating elements within electric heaters are mainly composed of three elements: an insulating core, a heat conductive coil wrapped around the insulation and an encasing sheath made from stainless steel, aluminum, nickel or iron. Insulating cores are necessary in most types of electric heaters to retain and absorb electrical energy so that it might be released as heat energy by surrounding coils or materials. Wire heating elements, such as those used as household dryer heating elements, have no insulating core but transfer heat directly to the air through blown convection. In higher heat applications, cores are responsible for converting electrical energy into heat energy and are heating elements’ major component.
Heating elements typically have a shorter lifespan than the item in which they are installed and therefore may need to be replaced from time to time. Replacement heating elements can be stock or custom-made to fit the application by most heating element manufacturers and service providers. Most industrial equipment types using heating elements for processing have made replacing heating elements part of regular equipment maintenance. These parts are frequently kept in stock by the gear maker or can undoubtedly be made in a brief while, expecting the item is not very particular. At the point when warming components come up short in shopper things, for example, hair dryers or toasters, it is regularly less demanding and less extravagant to supplant the entire unit instead of supplant the warming component. Makers of mechanical warmers create standard trade warming components for simple hardware upkeep. Effectively blending a warming component with its application is a vital thought; the protected and compelling operation of a warming component relies on upon it. Erroneously picking or despicably introducing a warming component can bring about flames, short-circuiting, item harm, hardware misfortune and a large group of different issues. Precisely selecting the right gear consolidated with customary support serves to guarantee its wellbeing and draw out its lifespan. For more information visit the site http://www.ntt.com.my/ .

We offer the experience and knowhow of working with all the leading manufacturers of storage heaters, to give you the best service possible. We are successfully ranked amongst the top distributors and suppliers of wide range of Heating Elements. Our offered products manufactured with the finest quality raw material and latest technology in compliance with set industry standards at vendors end. Solar water heater is a less expensive way of using electricity to heat homes than fan heaters, oil filled radiators or radiant electric bar heaters, all of which use on-peak electricity. Storage heaters use electricity supplied at a cheaper night-time rate and store heat in special heat-retaining bricks.
Storage heaters used to be seen as an expensive alternative to provide heat compared to other fuels. Not today - with energy costs soaring, storage heaters now provide a competitive source of controllable heat energy when compared to gas and oil alternatives. Storage heaters are a great way of saving money and reducing energy bills. They work differently to other heating system as they store the heat as thermal energy when it is turned on and releases this heat when it is needed.
When faced with high electricity bills and you want to reduce bills then an energy efficient storage heater which will provide enough heat for your home or office space. From past many years, we are engaged in offering an excellent range of Heating Elements to our prestigious clients. This is stringently tested by our quality inspectors in order to dispatch flawless range at clients end.
Storage heaters work by storing the heat during times when the demand for electricity is at its lowest point. Throughout the day the demand for electricity changes and during meal times this increases as cookers, kettles and other kitchen elements are required.
Storage heater work like a battery in that they charge up during the low peak times of day which is during the night and this can reduce your electricity bills as much as 20-60% dependent upon the tariff that you are currently on. The range of Air Finned Heater offered by us come with and without brackets and is precision manufactured from superior grade stainless steel. Further, our process expertise also allows us to deliver these in exact power and configurations as per client’s specific requirement.
A heating element converts electricity into heat through the process of heating. Electric current through the element encounters resistance, resulting in heating of the element. Our industrial heating element converts electricity into heat through the process of Joule heating. Electrical current running through the element encounters resistance, resulting in heating of the element. We have firmly placed ourselves in manufacturing and supplying Heating Element which is highly acknowledged for their perfect finish and rugged construction. NTT Heating has a vast amount of experience with industrial applications. These include onsite installation of control panels & heaters to the Conveyor Systems, site checking and modification of machines & equipment. A solar water heater is one of the most effective ways of cutting a household's carbon footprint by reducing reliance on dirty fossil fuel usage. By offsetting the use of electricity, gas or heating oil, using solar water heaters can also provide financial savings by reducing energy costs.

Solar water heating collectors capture and retain heat from the sun and transfer this heat to a liquid. Solar thermal heat is trapped using the greenhouse effect, in this case is the ability of a reflective surface to transmit short wave radiation and reflect long wave radiation. Heat and infrared radiation are produced when short wave radiation light hits a collector’s absorber, which is then trapped inside the collector. Fluid, usually water, in contact with the absorber collects the trapped heat to transfer it to storage.
Two principles govern solar thermal collectors. First, any hot object eventually loses its heat back to the environment. The efficiency of a solar thermal collector is directly related to heat loss, mainly from convection and radiation. Thermal insulation is used to slow down heat loss from a hot object to its environment. Second, heat loss is more rapid if the temperature difference between a hot object and its environment is larger, in this case between the temperature of the collector surface and the ambient temperature. The most basic approach to solar heating of water is to simply put a tank filled with water into the sun. The heat from the sun would heat the metal tank and the water inside. Setup would be inefficient because there is little to limit the heat loss from the tank. Adding an insulated box around the tank, and adding glass above the top where the sun comes in would do a lot to retain heat.
A more common collector is called a flat plate collector. It has a large, flat surface area (absorber) to maximize exposure to the sun, and has small tubes bonded to it. Fluid runs through the tubes, collecting the heat from the absorber. The sides and bottom of the collector are well-insulated, and glass on top completes the insulation. This is quite simple, but there are some very technical factors involved in making the collector as efficient as possible. One is the coating on the absorber, which is specially formulated to both absorb as much heat as possible, and to radiate back out as little heat as possible. Another is the glass, which is high-iron and specially coated to let as much light energy as possible through and to also prevent as much heat loss as possible.
Another popular type of collector is called evacuated tube, which has a long, skinny absorber that is inside a glass tube. The tube has the air evacuated out of it, which makes it highly insulated—not too different from a thermos used to keep drinks hot. The final type of collector is a parabolic dish or tray, which increases heat potential by concentrating sunlight onto a small absorber. These are very rare in home water heating systems, and more commonly used in utility-scale systems to create steam which runs turbines to make electricity. NTT Heating is a major provider of solar water heating in Malaysian Market. We do their best to offer you top quality products and affordable alternatives. All our sales are reinforced by a expertly qualified staff with comprehensive knowledge of emitters. For more information visit the site http://www.ntt.com.my/ .
